On the corner of Montvue Ave and West Railway Street, a brand new plaza has been installed by AMRIZE and Fraser City Installations. This continues to add to Abbotsford’s revitalization of the historic downtown area. This area simultaneously makes Montvue a safer avenue by reducing collisions and sets a precedent for more foot traffic in a popular area. Fraser City Installations modernized the traffic lighting and made sure the area is well lit for upcoming events such as Abbotsford’s classic annual Winter Jubilee including the Christmas Tree Lighting, and the most recent annual Berry Festival. All of this builds towards a beautiful urban renewal.
